Here you will find a collection of frequently asked questions, as well as some troubleshooting tips if you are having trouble streaming your content
I noticed you have a Video Game and Movie Soundtracks section (or another category). How do I request those?
These sections are considered bonus content. They provided as-is and aren't covered in your subscription. With that being understood, you may request additions to these sections via the Facebook Group. There is no guarantee on when, or even if your request will be added. The process of adding them is very manual and time consuming.
I requested something on Ombi or on the Facebook group and it still hasn't been added. What gives?
Most requested content is added very quickly, sometimes even within a few minutes! However, a lot of factors could be the reason why your content is yet to be added. This ranges from the availability of the content (can it be found in ordered to be added?), technical issues, and bandwidth/server resource availability to name a few. We recommended waiting at least 24 hours, but with that, feel free to reach out via the Facebook group, or email us at requests@binger.pro to see if there's anything we can do to help.

From there select the "Additional Donation" option in the dropdown and specify the amount you'd like to donate!
